Do I need a gym membership?

No. You can train from home with minimal space. I adapt everything to your environment.

I’m new to exercise. Is this for me?

Yes. I coach beginners through to experienced women. Everything is tailored to your level.

What if I have injuries?

We work with your body, not against it. I modify movements and structure recovery carefully.

What does cycle-based training mean?

Your energy, strength and recovery capacity change across your menstrual cycle.

I design your program around those phases to optimise results.

Is this just fitness coaching?

No. This includes mindset work, accountability, breathwork and emotional support where needed.

How long should I commit?

Real change takes at least 8–12 weeks. I recommend starting with a 3-month commitment.

What if I’m perimenopausal or menopausal?

Cycle-based coaching still applies — we adjust based on symptoms and hormone shifts.
