With over 15 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, I’ve worked across multiple gyms, run my own health and fitness studio, and supported women 1:1 and in group environments at every stage of their journey.
I specialise in coaching women only because women’s bodies are not small versions of men’s bodies.
We are cyclical, intuitive, powerful, and we require different nourishment, recovery and movement at different times of the month.
I tailor your training, food guidance and recovery protocols around your menstrual cycle so you can:
• Improve results
• Support hormone balance
• Reduce burnout and injury
• Work with your body instead of against it
Whether you have a gym membership or not, it doesn’t matter.
All you need is:
• A phone with a camera
• A hallway, lounge room or small space where you can stand, lay and sit
• 30–45 minutes for yourself
From the comfort and privacy of your own home, we work together 1:1. Nothing to fear. Everything to gain.

Beyond physical training, I also integrate an element of life coaching to help you banish limiting beliefs and build deep self-confidence. You’ll learn to trust your strength, physically and mentally.
